Yale University Library Human Resources Department is responsible for administering a comprehensive personnel program for all levels of library staff and students in the areas of recruitment, orientation, training and organizational development, compensation, employee relations, performance reviews, affirmative action, legal issues, benefits, and records.   University Libraries are comprised of 21 libraries, approximately 158 librarians and over 600 library employees.
